Directions for Use
- Massage: Mix 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of base oil with 3-5 drops of essential oil.
- Baths: Add 10-15 drops of essential oil to 3/4 of a bathtub filled with warm water.
- Aromatization: Mix 5-10 drops of essential oil with 2 teaspoons of water.
